Returns & Refunds
We hope everything is as you expected with your purchase but should you require to return anything bought from us, we will refund or exchange any damaged product or products delivered in error by us. Returns should be made within 14 days and in in the case of a delivery error, in the original, undamaged packaging.
Failure to return as above may result in refusal of a refund.
Refunds will be to the original payment method and we endeavour to process those within 7 working days.
We regret that any food products which are not damaged, faulty, or not subject to a delivery or description error on our part cannot be refunded.
Where ALL items on an order are refundable in accordance with the above conditions will will refund the original delivery charge.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or damaged goods or goods not as described.
